海外渡航を希望する学生の皆様へ

感染症危険レベル２又はレベル３の国への学生の海外留学等について（通知）
About studying abroad for students to countries that have been designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) as infectious disease risk level 2 or 3
日本人学生の海外留学について、国際教育課より、各大学において学生の安全確保に万全を期することを前提に、大学間交流協定等に基づく１年間の海外留学プログラムを再開することとなった旨の通知があり、今後の海外留学等について下記のとおり取り扱うこととしますのでお知らせします。
Regarding studying abroad for Japanese students, the International Student Office has decided to resume a one-year program based on “University Exchange Agreements” with partner universities, on the premise that the each host university takes all possible measures to ensure a student’s safety. We inform you that we will handle the procedures of study abroad from now as follows.
【大学間交流協定等に基づく海外留学プログラム】
対 象：８月以降の留学で、期間が９か月以上であるもの
※対象外の海外留学プログラムについては、中止または延期
取 扱：派遣先毎に派遣可否を判断
手 続：大学院教務担当にご相談ください。
[Study Abroad Program Based on “University Exchange Agreements” with partner universities]
Targeted program: Programs start from August onwards that run a period of 9 months or more
* The programs mentioned other than the above should be canceled or postponed
Condition: We will decide on whether or not to approve the travel based on the risk of infectious disease and security condition at the destination country.
Procedure: Please consult with a staff of the Academic / International Affairs Section of Graduate School of Science and Technology.
【大学間交流協定等に基づく海外留学プログラム以外の海外渡航】
取 扱：原則として中止または延期
※ただし、特段の事業によりやむを得ず渡航する必要がある場合は、大学院教務担当にご相談ください。
[Overseas travel ( not based on “University Exchange Agreements” )]
Condition: In principal, overseas travel should be canceled or postponed
* However, students who are planning to travel with special exceptional circumstances, please consult with a staff of the Academic / International Affairs Section of Graduate School of Science and Technology.
