To all GSST students (※English is below)

令和７年度学生定期健康診断を実施いたします。
※健康診断は予約制です。Moodleから予約を行ってください。
【予約開始日時】令和７年４月７日（月）15時～

健康診断の検査項目および尿検査の日時等、その他詳細については添付資料をご確認ください。
（※社会人学生は、会社で健康診断を既に受検している（または受検予定がある）場合は、任意での受検で差し支えございません。）

尿検査対象の学生は、学科事務で尿検査容器をお受け取りください。
問診票は添付書類をご使用いただくか、保健センターのＨＰからもダウンロードが可能です。

※X線受診対象の方は、大学院教務・国際担当窓口にて配布いたします。

Dear students,

This is the information about Health Check-up for Academic Year 2025.

Please find the attached files  for details such as the checklist and date.
Students eligible for urinalysis can receive a kit beforehand at the academic office of your course.

※Reservations are required. Please refer to attachment and make a reservation through Moodle.
   Reservations will be accepted from 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2025.

**Those who need X-ray examination sheet will be distributed at GSST office.　
　The individuals eligible for the X-ray examination are incoming students who are
　entering the university for the first time. (Graduates of this university are not eligible.)
