　　　　　　　　　　2026年度JASM奨学金について（博士前期課程１年対象）

　台湾の半導体企業であるJASMより，自然科学教育部の大学院博士前期課程1年生（M1）を
対象にした奨学生の募集が始まりましたのでお知らせします．

本奨学金は，M1の学生で半導体関連分野で活躍を期待される学生に対して下記の要領で
支給されます．奨学金を希望する学生は，申込リンクより必要事項を記入の上，応募してください．

支給対象：自然科学教育部 博士前期課程1年生（4月入学M1）で半導体関連分野の研究に従事
する者。

応募条件：①JASM夏季インターンシップへの参加を必須とする
　　　　　 （開催日程：2026年8月17日～9月11日を予定）
　　　　　②可能な限り熊本大学で開催されるTSMC Day(2026年6月11日)への参加を推奨

選考方法：研究内容と成績をもとにJASMが選抜（書類選考、面接）

給付期間：前期　および　後期（最大2期：中間審査あり）

給付額：400,000円（各学期）（最大 400,000円×2＝800,000円）返済・入社義務なし

To 1st year master course students who enrolled in April

　　　　　　　　　　2026 JASM Scholarship Application Information

We are pleased to announce that JASM, a Semiconductor company, has begun recruiting
scholarship students for first-year Master’s program (M1) students in the Graduate School
of Science and Technology.  

This scholarship will be awarded to M1 students who are expected to contribute to
semiconductor-related fields, under the following conditions. Students wishing to apply
for the scholarship should fill in the necessary information via the application link
provided below.  

Details

Eligibility: First year Master’s program (M1) students in the Graduate School of
Science and Technology (April enrollment M1) who are engaged in research in
semiconductor-related fields.  

Application Requirements:  

  1. Mandatory participation in the JASM Summer Internship. (Scheduled for
    3 weeks between August 17 and September 11, 2026)
  2. Recommended participation in TSMC Day at Kumamoto University (June 11, 2026)
    if possible.

Selection Process: JASM will select candidates based on research content and
academic performance (document screening, interview).  

Grant Period: First semester and/or Second semester (maximum of 2 terms: with
interim evaluation).  

Grant Amount: 400,000 JPY (per semester) (maximum 400,000 JPY x 2 = 800,000 JPY).
No obligation to repay or join the company.
