下記のとおり、ロータリー寿崎奨学生の募集があっております。The following applications are being accepted for the Rotary Suzaki Scholarship.

【申請書の提出期限、提出先等】The deadline for submitting applications and where to submit them are as follows.

提出期限：令和４年４月１８日（月）１７時　厳守

Submission deadline: Monday, April 18, 2022, 5:00 p.m. Strictly observed

※募集要項に記載された提出期日とは異なりますのでご注意ください。

提出物：

１．奨学生申込書（写真添付、様式有り）※A３片面で印刷すること Scholarship Application Form (photo attached, form provided) *Printed on A3 single-sided paper.

２．学業成績表（大学院新入生の場合は出身大学の成績表となります）Academic transcripts (for new graduate students, transcripts from your home university)

３．住民票（被推薦者本人を証明するもの） Certificate of residence (to prove the nominee’s identity)

４．在学証明書 Certificate of enrollment

５．2022年度 私費留学生奨学金申請調書（GSST）Application_Form_for_GSST_ver2022

　　※今年度まだ提出してない方　Please submit if you have not handed in for AY 2022.
