第18回先端科学技術分野学生国際会議 ICAST 2023 における発表者の募集について（通知）
第18回先端科学技術分野学生国際会議（ICAST 2023）を9月18日～19日に開催することをお知らせします。自然科学教育部では、学生の実践力及び英語によるコミュニケーション能力強化を図るため、2008年に第1回ICAST熊本を開催し、以降、海外交流協定校の協力を得て、熊本以外では、北京、ソウル、イズミール(トルコ)、山東(中国)、クレルモンフェラン(フランス)、スラバヤ(インドネシア)、高雄(台湾)、マニラ(フィリピン)で開催してきました。ICASTは学生による学生のための国際会議ですので、英語での研究成果発表を行うとともに運営にもかかわることができます。今回はインドネシア ハサヌディン大学にて開催いたします。海外の学生と交流し、国際経験を積む非常によい機会ですので、積極的な参加をお願いします。

発表希望者はICAST HPへアクセスし、登録してください。
◇締 切：2023年7月29日(土) まで ※締切厳守願います。
発表数が上限に達した場合は、全ての登録を受け付けられない可能性があります。
その場合は、先着順で登録を受け付けます。
５．要旨(extended abstract)の提出
Research Session、General Sessionともに1ページの要旨の提出が必要です。
Publication を希望する学生は6ページの原稿を提出（Research Session での口頭発表に限る）。

The 18th International Student Conference on Advanced Science and Technology
（ICAST 2023）
We are now pleased to inform you that the 18th ICAST will be held at Engineering Faculty of Universitas Hasanuddin on September 18-19, 2023. ICAST is an international conference organized by students for students. In ICAST you will present your research in English and also have a chance to work as a student organizing committee to run the conference. GSST started ICAST in 2008 to give students more opportunities for international experiences and to promote collaboration with overseas partner universities. The previous conference took place in Peking University, Ewha Womans University, Ege University, Shandong University, University of Seoul, University of Clermont Auvergne, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, and De La Salle University as well as in Kumamoto University.
For registration and details, please check the information below and ICAST HP. Because this is a very good opportunity to give presentation and to interact with overseas students in English, we are looking forward to having many applicants who would like to get involved in this event.

Students, mainly undergraduate and high school students will present their projects, opinions, and ideas on issues related to science and engineering. Topics on SDGs in the fields of science and engineering are welcome too. There are both oral and poster sessions.
